Structure

OKIDS GmbH (Ltd.) was founded as a subsidiary of the Austrian Society for Paediatric and Adolescent Medicine (ÖGKJ) in Sept. 2012.

It is governed by the chief executive and the two deputies. And advisory council is on hand with help and advice for the chief executive and OKIDS management team.

The network head office governs the goods and services and co-operate with the five operational centres located at four sites (Graz, Innsbruck, Salzburg and Vienna).

Advisory council

The advisory council is comprised of two members each of the following institutions:

  • OKIDS
  • ÖGKJ (Austrian Society for Paediatric and Adolescent Medicine)
  • Pharmig (Austrian Association of Pharmaceutical Manufacturers)
  • Federal Ministry of Health
  • Co-ordination Centre for Clinical Studies
    (the directors of those are represented using a rota system)
